Our Broiler Chickens are produced in a non-confinement atmosphere, however, we use poultry netting primarily to protect them from predators. Each bird has over 16-square-feet of pasture space.  This is over 10 times the industry standard! The result is happy, healthy birds with tender, flavorful meat. 
Fresh Eggs…The laying hens at Red Sun Farm are raised in moveable shelters surrounded by poultry netting. This gives them consistent access to fresh pasture, fresh water and free choice feed. The nutritious eggs are collected daily and immediately stocked in our on-farm retail store.  |
